I love the squat seat. I have noticed a significant improvement and mobility and pain levels.
The squat seat is made well and comfortable.
Really like the SquatSeat. Much easier to sit on this for a long period than doing the traditional Asian squat and safer, more enjoyable too. Of course I could sit on a block of wood, but the softer material of the seat and its shape is what makes it fun to use.
